Racks ( Trinoma )

Craving for some good food? I suggest giving Racks a try. They serve good food that's just right for the budget.

We had their baby back ribs and fried chicken. There's nothing new or special with their fried chicken, it's just the same old breaded fried chicken. What you wouldn't want to miss is their baby back ribs. They serve one of the best baby back ribs in town. It's fresh, juicy, tender and tasty. The meat tastes like it was marinated or seasoned with just the right amount of herbs and spices and cooked to perfection.

They have their own barbecue sauce that goes well with their meat dishes.

They also serve potato salad as a side dish, its basically baked baby potatoes with salad sauce which tastes like a mixture of cream cheese and mayo and sprinkled with some herb.

The second side dish is their Racks baked beans. It's more like the canned pork and beans.

Dining experience here is great, simply because of the good food and the clean comfortable place. It's not a 5 star restaurant so don't expect that much when it comes to the service but it's not bad at all. Just make sure that you come here at least an hour before the usual lunch or dinner time so you can be sure that you don't have to wait before you can be seated because this place tends to get full during those times especially on weekends.
